Homemade Flubber

School starts in just a few weeks! Say what?! Summer just doesn't last long enough for us! If it were up to me, summer would last 12 months of the year, ha!

But since it doesn't, we try to pack as much fun as possible into those summer months.

Now keeping the littles entertained and having fun during the summer doesn’t have to mean, going to water parks or going to the movies  every day... though those are super fun! It can be as simple (and cheap) as playing in the sprinklers outside and making crafts together, which is always a go to for us!

We've made homemade Play Doh, Slime, GAK and this time we decided to try homemade FLUBBER!

I think Flubber is my new favorite because it's the least messy out of them AND it's really fun to play with!

So ready to have tons of fun with your kids with this simple flubber recipe?!

Here's what you'll need:

- 1 cup of elmers school glue
- 3/4 cup cold water
- liquid food coloring
- 1 teaspoon of borax
- 1/2 cup cold water

Directions:

1. In a bowl mix together the cold water, glue, and food coloring. Then set aside.

2. Now in another bowl mix together the hot water and borax. Mix the borax until it's completely dissolved.

3. Add borax mix to the glue mix and stir together.

Keep mixing with hands until it's more solid. And that's it!

This is such a fun summer activity and I know you and your kids will love it!
