Blow Painted Monsters!

Ready for a crazy fun art activity for the kiddos?! One that's super easy too? Well here it is!

All you need is a little paint, a drinking straw and your imagination to make these silly looking monsters!
This is the kind of art activity that will most likely make a mess.. I mean, give a toddler a straw to blow paint around and your basically asking for a mess! Ha! That's OK though as long as they're having fun, right?

Supplies Needed:

- Washable Craft Paint
- Drinking Straw
- Paper
- Google Eyes
- Glue
- Markers
- Cookie Sheet Pan

Directions:

1. I first helped plop some paint onto the boys papers. My 5 year old was a fan of using as many colors as possible for his monsters and my 4 year old on the other hand, really wanted to stick to only one or two colors for his. It's so fun to see their little personalities pop up while doing art crafts!
Side Mote: I ended up placing their papers into a cookie sheet to help catch any excess paint that decided to fly off the paper and it did help.

2. Then I handed the boys each a straw and the had the best time creating their silly monsters!

3. Once the boys were happy with how their paint looked, we placed them aside to dry.

4. We then turned their blobs into monsters! We drew faces and arms and added Google eyes!

This is a great little art project for toddlers to touch up on their fine motor skills and their imaginations!
