DIY Gooey GAK!

There hasn't been a lot of playing outside these past couple of weeks due to this FREEZING weather which means daily hot coca drinks, snuggles by the fireplace and of course... lots of craft projects! I'll go ahead and add science experiments to that list since todays activity  was one. 
This homemade gooey GAK is so easy to make, with only 3 ingredients, and will keep your kiddos happy and busy!

INGREDIENTS:

- 1 c. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. water
- food coloring (optional)

DIRECTIONS: Pour cornstarch into a bowl. Add water and a few drops of food coloring. Slowly stir mixture with a spoon (or have the kiddos mix with their hands, like mine did!)

The boys hid a few of their toys in the goo and took turns digging for them! So fun!

Even baby brother got in on the action!
