DIY: Pumpkin-Cano!

Looking for a fun, low prep and cheap activity to do with your kids? I think this Pumpkin Volcano or Pumpkin-Cano I like to call it, is the perfect thing! It's way easy and fun and your kids will think you are the coolest mom ever! BONUS! Below you'll find the video, the materials you'll need and the step by step instructions. Enjoy and have a blast! Materials needed:
Instructions: Step 1: Pick out a pumpkin (or two) because this is just too dang fun and you'll want to make another one! I chose a smaller pumpkin the boys and I picked out at the pumpkin patch earlier last week and it worked great!.. Lots of explosion! You'll then need to cut off the top and hollow it out. Another bonus to picking a smaller pumpkin is you won't have that much to clean out! And that's a bonus to me since I'm not a huge fan of scraping out pumpkins! Once hollowed out, place the pumpkin in a casserole dish or something similar to help make the clean up easier because things are about to get messy! Step 2: Mix 1 cup of water with 3 drops of dish soap. I used Dawn dish soap but any should do just fine. Pour that mixture into your pumpkin. Step 3: Measure out 2 tbsp of baking soda and pour that in the pumpkin as well. Step 4: Now comes the FUN part! EEEK! Measure out 1/4 cup of vinegar and pour that in! Get ready for lots of excited little faces right about now! And that's it! I'm telling you, this is the easiest and one of the "coolest" crafts (according to my 4 year old) that we've done!
